We have been feeling the pressure for some time now about not having a blog or being on facebook. The pressure has really been on now that we are expecting an addition to our small family. Being able to see what everyone is doing through a blog has been fun and we LOVE to see everyone's pictures. Here is baby's first picture and there will be more in the future! Check back for more updates soon. We're looking forward to learning whether we're expecting a boy or a girl soon, as well as making sure baby is growing healthy. So until then, enjoy baby's only picture for now.
This picture was at 6 1/2 weeks. Baby is on the left and the ultrasound tech said it's already holding a balloon! The balloon is obviously the circular object to the right. Scott was satisfied with this answer and actually enjoyed it. I, however, wanted to know what it really was. When I asked the ultrasound tech what it was, Scott laughed at me and told me it was a balloon! We all got a pretty good laugh before the tech explained it is just the sign of a healthy pregnancy. All has continued to go well since then!
