One of our favorite things about Rachel is her eyes. She has so much expression in her little eyes. We can always tell if she’s tired, ready to play, or just waking up by the expression in her eyes. I was talking with a friend the other day and she described it as an “eye contact baby.” When interacting with you, Rachel will look directly into your eyes. It didn’t occur to me that this was not normal behavior for a baby.
