There was automatic picture set up that we were able to do to prove we were all there together that day! Part of the field trip was the museum staff helped the kids put on a play for everyone. The first play, Rachel sat quietly with a smile permanently placed on her face. She seems to already have developed a love for plays. For the second play, Rachel made her acting debut as the grandmother.
Scott and I ended up each taking a girl and they were able to explore everything to their heart's desire.
Rachel spent about 1-2 minutes at each place checking it out before moving on to the next thing. This is known as over-stimulation! And she was experiencing it to the fullest extent possible!
Alexa seemed to take more time and enjoy each area. Scott was even able to jump in for a selfie with her!
They enjoyed many things, but they seemed to like the Curious George exhibit best...especially the diner!
They made dinner and then...the child who tells people she doesn't like pink, put on the pink chef's outfit! There was just too much work to be done to hold still for a picture though!
There was so much to see and do that we had to promise the girls we will return.
Just a few more pictures...
Dolls!
She climbed here by herself!
