We had a busy Saturday this weekend! It actually started Friday afternoon. Scott received a pair of tickets to the Utah Jazz game for Friday night, so he took off work a little early so that we could head down and get the girls settled at Nan's before we left for the night. The next morning, we woke up and got to play with Wilson and Bradley before going to see Boop. We left there to go to the temple with my cousin. Being in Utah, it's so fun to be able to "pick a temple" to attend! We went to the Draper temple on Saturday. It is high up on the mountainside, overlooking the valley. We hurried back to pick up the girls so that we could go meet our newest baby cousin! Rachel asked all week long when we were going to see Baby Geoffrey (that is his full name around here)! These girls could not wash their hands and sit down to hold him fast enough. They didn't hold him very long, but they did hold him several times.
Alexa was so excited to be holding a real baby. It's been since this summer when Wilson was born since she has gotten to do so. Now he is 6-months and doesn't want to be held by someone just a little bigger than he is!
You can see in Rachel's face how proud she is to be holding the baby all by herself. She made sure to get her princess blanket so that he would be all cozy on her lap. Neither girl could get enough of this little baby boy! So much fun and we can't wait to see him again!
